Ms. Polly is a nurse. She looks after the patients in hospital. She tells them to eat good food and drink more clean water. One day, Mr. Hemming’s daughter, Jasmine Hemming, had got a fever.
Polly told the doctor to send an ambulance to the house. The ambulance took Jasmine to the hospital. The doctor, Mr. Kohli, told her father to get some medicine for her. Jasmine had to stay in the hospital. Polly took good care of her. She cleaned her bed sheets, gave her good food and even told her when she got bored.
Soon, Jasmine recovered. She and her father thanked Polly. Then she said “Polly is a good nurse.”
Polly felt very happy.
